Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Content Performance Tracker is a private analytics service operated by Mr. Making. It helps authorized users review social media account growth, published video metadata, and available content performance metrics.

2. Information we access

When a user connects a supported social media account, we may access information made available through that platform's official API and the permissions the user approves. For TikTok, this may include basic profile identifiers, public profile information, follower and account statistics, public video metadata, and available video performance metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to provide analytics, reporting, historical snapshots, and performance comparisons for the authorized user. We do not use connected-account data to publish content or to make changes to the user's social media account.

4. Storage and security

Access credentials and authorization tokens are kept separate from public website content and are intended to be stored using private application configuration. Reasonable technical measures are used to limit unauthorized access to connected-account data.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell connected social media account data. We do not share it with third parties except when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, or communicate with the platform API requested by the user.

6. Data retention and deletion

Analytics records may be retained to provide historical performance tracking. A user may revoke platform access at any time through the platform's account settings. Users may also request deletion of stored tracker data through the Mr. Making contact page.

7. Platform permissions

Access to TikTok data is subject to the permissions granted by the user and TikTok's applicable developer terms and policies. The service requests only the scopes needed for the analytics features it provides.

8. Contact

Privacy questions or deletion requests can be submitted through the Mr. Making contact page.
